The Thousand Year Blood War Arc Discussion

Well, I'm assuming we stopped making topics for the new chapters because A. The person left, or B. We've stopped reading the manga
Anyway, I wanted to just put my feelings out there about the 'last' arc. So far (482) it's looking to be epic. The title is starting to make sense, with the arrival of new Quincy, and their blood war against the shinigami. Not to be stereotypical but...from what I've seen, they look Russian.
Anyway, here's a thread we can just talk about the new stuff happening and conspiracy theories and whatnot >.>

I could believe that Tia's alive, somehow, since she never explicitly died
But I'm pretty sure her Fraccion all died...a very gruesome death from Yama to be exact...

i was surprised that her fraccion were brought back as well. after all, yamamoto "burned their souls" when he saved all of the lieutenants and killed that beast, and this arc is certainly ramping up to serve as the crescendo for the entire bleach series, i mean they killed a lieutenant in the first chapter or so. im curious to see where this whole thing goes. but, im not surprised that the leader of this "vandenreich" is a past acquaintance of yamamoto; he seems to make lots of enemies.
but hopefully this arc will tie up a few loose ends that people have been wondering about (well, at least i have) like unohanas actual battle capabilities and her bankai, as well as the bankais of ukitake, kyoraku and urahara.

As well as the existence of Quincies other than Uryu. 2 things with that:
1. How did letting the Quincy leader guy live lead to an army of them?
2. I really hope Uryu's not a bad guy, he seemed rather shifty in his limited appearances thus far, seeing as he didn't want to go to Hueco Mundo. He can say it's because Hollow's are bad and whatnot, but there's definitely something more to it...

i dont think uryu is a bad guy, i personally cant see him as one.

I doubt they'll make new captains, if that's what you're saying
Since it's the last arc, the only way I can see them promoting new guys is at the end of the war, and by then there'd be no point to show new characters >.>

But yes, I agree with the bankai thing, they better show bankais before the end of the series

Eh, I doubt they will though. Kubo is infamous for his Trolling Skillz. I mean, look at Aizen's end. That should of been the close of Bleach. But no, with his leet troll skillz he created a useless race of Fullbring who were useless to the story, gave SOME backstory, then were gone, and here comes some ticked off Quincies! What's next? Can anyone say new, ticked off even more-so Quincy? >.>
