Range/Movement Boost Suggestion.

Since it seems like people with Range Boost and Movement Boost always have some kind of advantage in battle, I'd like to suggest that both be removed from Ress/Zans and Range boosts gets a stat like High-Speed Movement to increase range. It would make things fairer and I believe would be less complaining.

Kinda ruins the idea of getting a custom Zan/Ress though other effects are pretty common on regular ones. Most the effects on customs 9/10 end up being Range Boost, Movement or Heal. With these being removed will x.5s be readded? I wouldn't mind if that is the case. Already lost 1 on Range Boost now its being planned to be removed completely? I'd say just implant the obstacles and change the starting grid instead of taking away what people have paid to receive.

Yeah but I prefer having Range Boost pretty sure people spent money rolling normal Zans/Ress with Range or Movement also I know I did before I had my custom. Obstacles would be the best bet in my opinion. What was the point of this update if its going to be removed completely?

Yeah then the 3.5s will be effected making them 5.5s also making it unfair for the regular users who have these effects not to mention a huge disadvantages to players who have money and players who don't. Might as well charge 10$ a month to play WoB while your at it...

Snappy. 'Less if there are objects as well. And the amount of customs is rather scarce - and due to its prize, it will stay scarce in comparison to the rest.

If range was a stat, there would be no major advantage to customs. But now we get to the "I spent 200$ to buy one, I want something better!". If we'll take some sense into play, customs could still have ranges slightly better than the average, or if not range, something else that differentiates them from normal swords available to all alongside the custom descriptions and whatnot.

Unless if that leads you to another "let's charge 10$ a month" conclusion.

Not much you can do for that unless you give them a forth effect or higher percent boost or maybe even a 4th move along with making the range of their normal attack slightly better. ZC has a 5.3 reach why not make Customs 6 or 7.3 that would compensate for the range boost being taken away and people still get to play with their silly 3.5 moves. Also you could just go the simple route and rage troll by refunding the people who bought customs then we can't complain (\^_^/)

Yeah what your not understanding is the main reason I got custom is to keep Range Boost while having moves I wanted. I switched to Spirit to have Range Boost used to be melee.

I know most everyone got a custom for range boost and that's because it's kinda OP o-o. Giving it to everyone would stop lots of complaining and I'm sure you would be compensated well enough if this were to happen D:

But yeah. A fourth boost or move would be awesome too. But due to them being Customs, why not let them have the advantage? o-o

They can't be that over powered o-o. Would make it no fair for people who can't afford customs and only lose because you have one. If they give a fourth boost make it cost more to use xD. I wouldn't really mind a 4th move I think that's not bad.

I would love a fourth move...to set them apart from 'normal' legendarys...

But the main reason i crawled out of my hole is this: I can understand that range boost is too OP, but we payed hard earned cash for this slight advantage. Believe it or not, range boost can be defeated...If you have a higher defence and attack than the person with a higher range, whos to say they cant be beat? It depends on whos fighting them. Lust has a super range with that zan of his, and ive been training my butt off to beat him. It presents a challenge that draws others to put more time in. But please, dont get rid of customs all together...o-o

It matters a lot now that lsm put in the pools=defense...first hit still has advantage.

This was the main reason I re-started. Why make range boost a custom only effect? If so then will the people with a normal zan that have range boost get the choice in what effect replaces their range?! And if x.5's are re-introduced then wouldn't that make range boost even more OP than it is? If there were obstacles by the time x.5's are re-introduced they might as well be unbreakable because then you'd really destroy PvP a 5.5 move for example it'd just encouraage further BH'ing think of it. 5.5 range normal range would be 3.5 it'd just make people hover and drift, longer battles, more people pissed off because of lost training.

Gan only says it should be removed because he has nothing to lose. Now IF he did have it to lose then this would'nt even exist. But you know Lust's opinion don't matter...But should range boost be completely removed, give refunds and prepare for a massive loss in the user base. And besides, where in hell's name is Heals effect nerf? I mean healing 1.2k+ HP per turn beats the purpose of healing moves. Might as well remove them too since they don't matter anymore. I understand that people have customs with heal but come on. If range was to be removed, Movement would also go. And the new hax would be heal. Why not replace Heal with Dual Resist? Or even Beserk? I mean it's a fairly balanced trade in my opinion. All-in-all I think removing range would be a severe mistake, and that heal should be seriously nerfed. Because that will soon become the new problem if and when x.5's are re-introduced.

I don't think people would quit because its removed but a lot of people would be upset. Yeah and I agree with that heal >_> being OP First hit doesn't really matter if your opponent heals 1.5k +. I be happy if you got rid of Heal along with Range and Movement. I'd be happy with a 4th move also :3

Lol and what would we be compensated with? A Zan that would compare to a regular non custom? Might as well give me my normal Zan back. We already got our range cut by 1 isn't that good enough? I'm also pretty sure all the people who are voting Yes are the people without range boost and all the people voting no are the people with range boost. I willing to bet a million if they had range boost they would vote no. I guess if you can't have it have it removed sounds perfectly right (\-_-/) *cough* TNR *cough*

What about heal? Seems kinda OP too healing 1k+ a turn thats a lot of extra health. Why don't we add a stat for that too? Yes? Or cut it by 33%?
