just got the idea

the garganta or whatever it is they travel through malfunctions allowing hollows to travel to soul society and shinigamis to travel to hueco mundo this phenomenon would be caused once a month,once a week or once every two weeks

hmmm.. i actually think that could be quite cool.. but maybe instead of having it happen at a certain time, it just happens randomly.. like a freak occurence, maybe once in every 1000 travels..
and you are stuck there for a certain amount of time before you can leave.. unless you die..

I think he means it as more of a monthly/daily/whatever event, not just an individual thing

This is actually similar to the concept of "Invasion" we have in mind, only with a more...bug-related approach, so to say. I would wait until invading SS/HM has been created - which admittedly will take a good while.

I'm interested in hearing how do you suppose the players who have appeared in realm opposite to their races would get out, and what would they be able to do there?

Maybe this could be a temporary option.

how bout it only happens when commanders declare war? o.o
the war lets them travel to eachother dimension for certain amount of time in day where they invade and attack eachother blah blah.

I was planning on haveing the dissfunction only affect the security of the gates so they could still go through the garganta

they would be able to mass feed/seek out hollows which would give them more gains than feed/patrol need to think more you confuse me now haru xD i need to think more didnt think this far

in response to your "how do you suppose the players who have appeared in realm opposite to their races would get out" ---> cant it be like in kyoto, when they are killed they're automatically sent back to their barracks and realm?
although ppl like gan and lulu might take a while to beat, so maybe their should not be any medic/regen store for them to buy HP back and stay with the same health until killed.

but i would like this to be more of a weekly event and not decide anything else more than if they want to pass through the gate

it would be a nice event once in a while o.o
livens up the place with more active users o.o
though i wonder, any certain prize?
like if one race won against the other during the invasion, they'd earn extra race funds right o_o
and to determine how they won, should there be a battle count of casualties and victories? with the most battle victory and less loses determines the winner.~

Yeaaah, I'll file this as alternative suggestion to Invading since it's starting to become pretty much the same. Topic locked, but don't feel disheartened. There are good ideas here. o/
