Seeing as how the use of weapons is... both common and unique, we are allowing you to create your own abilities. However, general uses of a weapon, such as blocking, slashing, etc. are known by all. Therefore, no direct consent/approval is needed to use these. IF you feel that you want to do something that would be outside the general use of a weapon you will need to seek mod approval first.
