Fcs and Lt's with seat items need to be refunded only if they move up to captain/Espada seat

why? scenario double op sweep screws some espada or captain over (in this case that'll be me) and the captain or espada wants their seat back but thier lt/fc has bought a seat item well thats not a problem if they get refunded if they get refunded from moving up a seat.

Not trying to sound mean or nothing! It's actually a decent enough idea, and would no doubt make a lot of people's lives more easier... But... if I may throw in my two cents... It's a game, overall. And in games, the best game of all is... well, 'screwing' you over. Wether you do it to yourself or not is not important. Your seat got taken away, that's your own fault. It was beyond your own control, and some upstart of your squad moved in and took your seat from you - Again, your fault. Should of thought about that seat item purchase ahead of time, eh? :O!

the seat has not been taken from me the seat is now vacant because ive lost it because of reasons not important (as you say) and the current fc has the item so i cant get my seat back without him loosing the item so this has nothing to do with me but my fc has the seat item

this is to avoid any fc's or lt's having a loss for nothing this is not the first time this happened and im certain its not the last time

Uhh, a lot of Lt/FC are unable to move up a seat, being a rank or two too low. So this whole only-refunded-if-moving-up thing is a no go.

OP sweeps are random, some are daily, sometimes twice a day, or goes a day in-between without sweeping. It keeps you on your toes and makes sure you're active enough to notice if you lost some OP or not. Don't wanna lose all the money from losing seat with seat item? Don't buy the item.

(BTW I'm a Captain who has item and whose RL stuff is starting to keep me away from WoB more. Still not supporting this....attempting to keep enough OP nowadays)

I know there are some fc's and lt's that cant rank up so a way i was thinking of it working better would be for a fc that cant rank up to get entitled to some money from the squads treasury

the fc would get a message from system saying "as the acting leader of your squad you have been entrusted with 50 mill from your squads treasury" its equal to the cost of the item and would work for those who cant move up the seat

remember this is to stop fcs/lts with item from loosing out on a fault not their own so yeah this will work for the ones that have items and yes the treasury is imaginary =o

Its called don't buy item if you don't think you'll be able to keep it. If someone from another frac/squad comes over and takes your seat, just resign and get the 50% refund. The game isn't meant to be easy, you will end up with losses at points

Dx no no no its for if a espada losses there seat and then wants to work their way up but their fc /lt has the item

this way the fc dont loose anything for nothing :o

Actually yes they would lose something, because a lot of them CANT move up. The way it is now, the espada/captain would just get their seat back, the lt/frac commander can just resign until cap/espada is back in their own seat.

This is why i suggested that the fc/lt's WITH THE ITEMS GETS ENTITLED TO THE MONEY if the espada or captain losses seat that way the r7 that wants to get back to the seat with out their lt or fc loosing =o
