Update for Selling old moves idea

Hi all,
As it stands now, selling old moves returns 10% of the cost of purchase. But none of this takes into account the time and yen spent on training the move.
My idea would be to refund a percentage of the cost of the move based upon it's level of training.
A move at 100 would refund 100% of the cost,
A move at 75 would refund 75% of the cost.
A move at 50 would refund 50% of the cost, etc...
Does this sound like a good idea?
