Released Avatars Revisted

So we have release avatars, and that's all well and good, but I was thinking the other day, and now as well I suppose, "Why not have an avatar for each tier of release?" It doesn't seem like it'd be too difficult to implement and would add a little bit more customization to everything.

I wouldn't mind this. ^_^ Though tbh, I'd be to lazy to make full use of it. >_>
