Locking of Message/s Empty Locking of Message/s

This feature will allow us to lock a message/s so the Delete all feature of the inbox will be more useful. It will allow the message to never be erased unless it has been unlocked. The message sweeps of WoB will also not affect the locked messages. So those super important messages can be protected until the day you decide to let it go D:
