Not even Yamamoto, Aizen or Urahara achieved max Rank 7 (Level 100)-neither of them had achieved Level 100. Pls reduce the Rank to max 7 (max Level 95-the max Level achieved by all of these 3 Legendary Shinigami's) it's pointless (& Rank 8 was designed so that you the ones that pay dear price in shards and fund the game & have high Levels don't get bored, if this keeps up in no time u are going to implement Rank 9 and so on . . .) and us medium and low ranks will never catch up.

Stat caps are also in place so that new users will be able to catch up, given time.
