I was scrolling though my inbox and I thought "Why can't I find Law's PM?" So I wondered why a PM from staff was all the way at the bottom of my inbox. In short I propose we add color to staff usernames in Inbox, and IM area. That PMs from staff show up at the very top of your inbox, seeing as they're from staff, chances are that it's important .
