PVP restriction

I know that the ranks with Ress/Zan releases can't attack other ranks that don't have them. So is there ever going to be a restriction so that people with Segunta or Bankai can't attack ranks that do not have it?

Once Rank 7 (second release rank) has enough people, there will be such limit.

And that's why lsm puts up weekend training so a lot of people can get to rank 7 faster so it can be closed off for good.

Last time i asked this, it wont be restricted until Rank 8 comes out, and rank 8 wont be out until there are a good amount of rank 7s. So as lust said, this is why weekend boost was implemented.

Just out of curiosity how many rank 7 are needed before a restriction is implemented?
