Special Moves

1. You can donate soul/yen & shards to your Fraccion
2. You use said yen/souls to make special moves they can do what you want them to but the % is random & it costs 1/2 of what it originally costed to make the move to reset the move to make a new move but to buy the move its free or really cheap

This sounds more like it's a clan thing -- even more on top of that closer to a Naruto sort of idea. Squads/Fracs may be based on whether they're good at healing, melee, spirit, etc., and assigned with specific duties such as defending the human world and serietei. I don't recall there ever being special abilities assigned to specific squads/fracs.
So, in short, we've already got custom weapons so I don't really see a need for a custom ability for each squad/frac.

But for the people who can't afford customs can at least have 1 move that they can use to fend off people with hax customs most people with customs have reflect which is annoying but with this a whole squad or Fraccion can have reflect and it should at least be a rank requirement now that I think about it

for one, rank 7 hasn't been finished with the revamps of moves

secondly, how would this help those without customs, since those with would be able to get these moves as well?

I know rank 7 isn't finished rank 6 hollow side isn't finished

It would give them both a special move to use it will effect both sides of the people the people with & without customs
