Firstly you need to elaborate, secondly that is a very hax ability and is likely to be denied.

venom of submission is a simple seeming katana with a razor sharp edge. a simple wooden hilt and unadorned. It slowly saps a portion of the enemies spiritual pressure over time weakening them(It cant kill them though maybe render them unconscious) In bankai it becomes a leech for spiritual energy slowly changing the tide of battle(This is what I mean)

How does it leech it though? Do you have to wound the enemy, inject a poison, is it just passive in the area...? Details, details, please~

With every cut however shallow Ogi no Ninju injects more poison, maybe more cutting the opponent off from accessing their spiritual pressure. In it's un-assuming bankai form it leeches a little of the opponents available spirit pressure(that pressure he is not cut off from due to poison)with every other cut. The first hits are almost UN-noticeable until the poison builds up making it truly dangerous

oh what I think are obvious draw backs. Ogi no Ninju is better for longer battles, vs multiple opponents he would have to spread out his attacks so they dont catch on to whats happening. Also one can only absorb so much spiritual energy before it over loads their body so he would have to use kido to rid himself of the excess before he hurts himself
