I was thinking since people keep killing other people or spamming it and Im one you should add a timer to it so when someone dies they cant get killed for so and so time or when someone kills they kill again for a little bit

There is currently a CD when attacked by your own race. Opposite race CD is your restriction from traveling back to Kyoto. I believe the same-race attack time is 60 seconds.
