the perfect chance to kill a hollow or shini why? because a hollow just came to kyoto to devour humans or a shinigami is patroling kyoto I think it would be cool to have a short cool down of 1 minute or 30 seconds before a shinigami can return to hueco mundo or the soul souciety to give players a chance to attack them
