Flash help !

i want to make avi animated with flash..
but i dont know how..

Do you mean an avatar? In which case you probably are going to just make a .gif image with multiple frames, using GIMP/Photoshop/one of those programs?

you can use Macromedia flash to do your stuff and convert it to .gif or .png(Clip file)
=P but files will be way to big. Or just go with what lsm says

Well it all takes frames.

For example The luffy in your avatar, thats quite easy to do, but you gotta know how to do sprites for that one, WHich i am pro at, use to do alot for Mugen games. Also use to sprite alot of pokemons, but thats all in the past.

There is also the avatar edit one which is fairy simple you put in orders of frames, from the first thing you wana make apear at the top to last thing at bottom. then leave it as layer, save it as gif then that should compress it into moving pictures
