Theres one way to describe Ulqui, a "0"
0 character development, 0 personality
i wasnt interested on him the whole anime!!!
He was so lame that the writters needed to give him a segunda to make him look cool!!!
Not the case of Grimmjow and Starrk, who were interesting all the time :D

If anyone would be a "0" it would be starrk. Ulq had a personality, dark and empty it was but it was a personality. Grimmjow was severly stupid, he was driven by rage and anger with no real goal.

Their personality's matched their embodiment of death. Ulq was an emotionless Emo, because his embodiment was Nihilism. Grimmjow was nuts because I believe he was Destruction, and Stark was perfect. He developed and fit his personality quite well. Loneliness. <3 And Stark took on so many Captains without even using his best attack until the very end - Whereas Ulqiorra got owned by nothing more than a substitute Shinigami. Only reason Stark died was luck on Shunsui's part. That is it. Go Stark! >.>

Ohmygod thank you guys who don't like Ulquiorra. Yeah, he has a "personality" alright. I could easily compare it to that of Bella Swan's from Twilight. Also, he was arrogant and thought everyone was below him. There's a word for that, but I can't use it here :c Oh, tool. I can say that. Anywho~
My favourite Espada are easily Grimmjow and Lilinette & Starrk.
:3 Grimmy was just an overall badass character. That, my friends, is a personality. The relationship between Starrk and Lilinette was just adorable 
Their backstory~ One of the saddest moments in Bleach when they died. 
Of course, the other Arrancars that were great were Nel, (child and adult xD) Ggio Vega, (he was adorbs D:) and Dordoni (Don Panini! This guy was just lulz xD)

Baraggan Louisenbairn. I shall explain why I picked him.
1. His powers in all were way to op for him to die.
2. His in-depth and truly heartfelt back-story, not that others like grimmgows wasn't heart felt, made him a truly remarkable Arrancar.
3. He was the king of Los Noches way BEFORE Aizens' dumb self took over.
4. Finally the people he fought before he died were no push overs, however, if he would've fought anyone else he WOULD HAVE WITHOUT A DOUBT won.
There. Explanation complete. *Walks out of the room, casually, like nothing happened*
